KPC Youth programme

Please like our Facebook page – KPC Youth for weekly updates.
Follow us on Instagram – KPC Youth for notices and weekly bible verses/reflections.

Paul Holden – our Youth Minister has been leading our youth programme since September last year. Henry Frankel – is our student youth minister while he trains at a youth ministry course at St Mellitus. Chloe Parnell – is our youth/children’s assistant until late summer of this year.

We  continue to appreciate KPC members who help and support our your youth work.  We aim to expand this volunteer team.   If you, or anyone you know, would like to join a community of Christians who want to share the adventure of following Jesus, we have a great job for you.  Please get in touch.

Our wonderful young leaders are leading sessions on the run up to the summer holidays, and we now have a great youth band of over 10 young people.

Our regular activities on Sundays and midweek during term time are set out below.

As the new year commences we will start our 6 week series on the book Everyday Supernatural.

Sundays are busy and lively at KPC. We meet during our 9:15 services, we also run a cafe at 5:30 PM and then once a month we run a youth evening service.

SMS (Sunday morning service)

SMS is our “growing faith” teaching slot for all young people on a Sunday morning. If you are under 18 and can get up in time we would love to see you too!

We start in the 9:15am service and then all head out for our groups, except when there is an all age service.
We split up into girls and boys, and look at the Bible, take up challenge, play games and have fun.

YES (Youth evening service)

We all get together at 5.30pm on the first Sunday each month in the hall.
Normally though, we decorate the hall, eat cake, and worship and get inspiration from others as they follow Jesus.

This is a great time for you to meet up with everyone and experience God.

YAC (Youth acoustic cafe)

It’s from 5.30pm to 6.30pm in the Guild House;  then we join the 6.30 evening service in the hall.
–  each Sunday except when YES is happening.

We have homegroups during term time for different year groups on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Homegroup for Years 11-13

We meet on a Monday night, usually from 7:30 to 9.00pm in term time  – in the Guild House.

On the first Monday of each month, we usually have a Movie Night starting at 7.00pm.

Homegroup for Years 9-10

We meet on a Wednesday night, usually from 7:30 to 8:45pm in term time – in St John’s Hall.

On the first (or 2nd) Wednesday of each month, we have a Movie Night starting at 7.00pm.

We would love you to join us at either of these homegroups.
