Tearfund
lives out its Christian values through its focus on:
- Poverty reduction and transformation of communities (specifically: HIV and Aids, Health and Nutrition, Water and Sanitation, basic education and literacy, Children at risk).
- Advocacy
- Disaster response and disaster risk reduction
- Environment
- Education
KPC supports Tearfund providing information on needs for prayer and financial support. There is a special emphasis on Tearfund over Harvest weekend at the end of September.

Created (formerly known as Tearcraft)
provides jobs and a fair salary for craft-workers from some of the world’s poorest communities, helping them create and market products of the highest standard.
It is about open and honest relationships where people are valued and providing a means of helping them out of poverty.
By supporting and promoting fair trade through Created, KPC helps bring dignity, good working conditions and safeguarding children, to partners in 10 countries throughout the world. What they all have in common is that they are all managed by Christians who are seeking to apply their faith and their business skills to bring about lasting change in their communities.
We help to support fair trade by the sale of Created fair trade goods at Christmas, Fair Trade Week and throughout the year.
