Knowle Parish Church has two venues that can be hired for meetings and events – the Guild House and St John’s Hall.

Please read through all the details below, including the Booking Conditions. If you would like to enquire about booking a venue, complete the form below. Once that is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss your enquiry. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Knowle Parish Church office.

PLEASE NOTE: Neither venue is available on Sundays. St John’s Hall is not available on Monday, Wednesday or Friday daytimes during school term times. Children’s parties may be booked but we regret that we do not allow the use of bouncy castles.

SESSIONS: Mornings are 9am – 1pm. Afternoons are 1pm – 5pm. Evenings are 6pm – 10pm. These timings include your setting up before – and clearing up after – your meeting or event.

St John's Hall

A bright, modern building. There is a kitchen area, and tables and chairs are available for use. Fees include use of foyer, toilets and kitchen . (NB Dishwasher and coffee machine to be used only by trained operators within church organisations).

Fees for 2026: Monday-Friday: morning OR afternoon £105, Morning and afternoon £209.  Saturday £112/£223.
Evenings: Monday-Thursday £141. Friday or Saturday £180.
