What is it?
A series of four evenings that help us look at life the way Jesus does.
Where and when is it happening?
Where: In the newly refurbished function room – upstairs at The Red Lion on Knowle High Street.
When: On Tuesday evenings September 30th until October 21st.
The first evening is a ‘taster’ session for those who would just like to drop in and see what goes on.
Each evening runs from 7.45 – 9.30pm. We start with light refreshments, or bring a drink up from the bar, the group begins at 8pm.
What will happen?
At each session we watch some video material together which considers some aspect of the Christian faith and what Jesus says about life.
This is followed by an opportunity for discussion, to ask any questions you may have, or just to listen if that is more your style.
Three great reasons to join us ……
It helps answer questions
It may be friends, family, colleagues at work, or questions you have yourself. It is good to think about such issues as – what if there is a God? - what makes Jesus important? – why is the world full of pain and suffering? – where is life heading?
Others have enjoyed it
This is the first time we have run the 321 sessions in Knowle, but others around the country have appreciated the helpful, informal approach to looking at Christian faith.
It’s only four evenings!
Most people get to the end and wish it could go on longer! And, the first evening is a taster session – there is no pressure to come back for more! |
